We can supply goods to the Mainland UK or Europe.

Our terms and conditions apply to any contract for sale that we enter into. These do not affect your statutory rights.

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Murphy’s Motorcycles, please read through this carefully before you place your order and print a copy for future reference.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T where applicable. This is a sales tax that applies to all EU countries, for all non EU member countries UK sales tax will not be charged to your order.

We prefer payment through Papal. You do not need a Papal account to do this
Just go to the Payments page and click on the link and you will be redirected to Pay Pal’s secure site, where you can pay using most Credit/Debit cards. We also accept Cheques, Postal Orders and Bankers Draft. For goods paid for by cheque you must allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear before the goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Goods will be dispatched after payment is received. Delivery times are normally between 3 and 14 days but this is subject to the size of the items and stock availability. All deliveries must be signed for and we cannot deliver to any address that is not the cardholders when payment is made by Credit Card.
If the goods you have ordered are not available within this timescale we will notify you by email and you will have the right to cancel the contract if you wish.

We only charge for goods that are ready to be dispatched, if any part of your order is placed on back order you will not be charged for this until we have it available for dispatch.

Right of Refusal

If, for any reason payment of your order is rejected, goods will not be dispatched to you; in this instance we will contact you by email to inform you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment will be made to the cardholder.

Refunds

Orders may be cancelled at any time from the point of order until 7 days after you receive the goods. Should you cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you will be liable to pay the costs of returning the order to us. We also reserve the right to charge an administration charge not exceeding 15% of the total order cost. Only goods in as new, saleable condition in original packaging may be returned, unless faulty. In the case of goods being faulty we may repair or replace, subject to manufacturers guidelines and timescale between purchase and notification of fault.

In the case of goods with a manufacturers extended warranty we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to any item on which you have broken the seal.

To cancel you can email or write to us within 7 days of delivery of your order. You must take reasonable care of the items and not use them.
